Maintenance
Inspections include:
- Check thermostat, controls,
regulators, motors, pumps, blowers and fan belts - adjusting and oiling where necessary
- Cleaning pilot and main burners also checking safety pilot switch when applicable.
- Vacuum clean control compartment, blower compartment and combustion chamber
- Examine heat exchanger for cracks (overall condition)
- Check
flue for proper draft and cleaning when necessary
- Carbon Monoxide
Testing
- Gas Leak Search
- Check Air Conditioning coils, compressor, fan, motor, controls and refrigerant - adjust and oiling where necessary
- Clean condensing unit coil
- Wax condensing unit
*This SERVICE AGREEMENT includes
UNLIMITED EMERGENCY SERVICE CALLS on covered equipment. Unless otherwise specified in this agreement, LABOR IS FREE and you
will NEVER pay a diagnostic fee in the event you require service on covered equipment. Emergency service calls are scheduled
at the discretion of the customer during the term of this agreement. SERVICE AGREEMENT customers receive PRIORITY scheduling.
In the event that repairs are necessary on your equipment during any service call, our service technician will advise you
of the parts price prior to proceeding. You may approve or decline any repair that is suggested. BOEHMER HEATING AND COOLING
CO reserves the right to refuse this AGREEMENT in the event that equipment is in poor condition.
Replacement of
heat exchangers, circulation water pumps, zone valves, blower bearings, compressor, evaporator coil, service valves and accessories
that are not an integral part of the furnace or air conditioner are excluded from this AGREEMENT as is the locating and repair
of refrigerant leaks.
Aprilaire & Honeywell Humidifiers, Air Cleaners and Water Heaters may be added to this
agreement at an additional cost. When added to this agreement, these items receive the same consideration as the coverage's
stated above.
